To report abuse or neglect concerning a child or adolescent, contact the Director of Youth Protection Services (DPJ) at 1-800-567-8520. You may also send an email to: urgence.sociale@ssss.gouv.qc.ca. In case of emergency, call 911.

In Person :

Our professionals can assess the situation and intervene with the child or adolescent, and with parents. The child or adolescent will then get individual help if they wish, and group activities can be offered to parents. Psychosocial and school health services are also available in schools.

After evaluation, the child or adolescent and their parents may be referred to other organizations or establishments in the health network or to community partners, if their situation so requires.

CLSC Services
All parents, children and adolescents can make a service request by contacting the CLSC closest to their home.

*It is important to mention that adolescents 14 and over have the right to have their application treated confidentially and without the consent of the parents.
